Crack-S
Waterbone acrylic copolymer based caulking compound is a correct solution for conventional oil mastics, cold and hot bitumious, butyl, neoprene rubber based caulks. Crack - S is easy to extrude and apply. No solvent vapours, no heating hence no pollution. Water based dirdrying caulk, no external cauring is required. Nontoxic & nonhazardous to the applicator and environment. On drying forms tough, flexible, rubbery mass, withstand the limited linear movements of the structure.Suitable for caulking glazing of nonmasing construction joints and nonmoveing strucal cracks -interior & exterior.
END USES Sealing of construction joints upto 10 mm. Door & window frame joints. Wash basin, tile, bathtub joints. Glasspane fixing. Structural (nonmoving) cracks from interior & exterior.

DIRECTION FOR USE
SURFACR PREPARATION
The surface must be oil. grease and dust free. Clean the joint by wire brush. Remove dust by brush, compress air or water washing. The joint or crack must be dry.
PRIMER
Dilute same material with 25 - 30 % of water & apply as primer coat by brsh on jointing surfaces and crack. Allow it to dry completely.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Clean the tools by water or soapwater immediately after use. Do not allow the material to dry.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture if stored in unopened containers at cool & dry place.
