HYDRAPROOF SPL is a unique workability retaining super plasticiser with high early strength properties.It is a liquid plasticising admixture for cement concrete and mortar It has a powerful dispersing and defloculating effect on the particles of cement.It has a powerful dispersing and defloculating effect on the particles of cement. It makes the concrete flowing and self compacting with an added advantage of high early and long term strength. It allows u to 20% water reduction in guaging water of concrete mix.

It permits the reduction of water to cement ratio

Due to water reduction it increases not only early and ultimate compressive strength but strength of the concrete at all ages.

It gives retardation properties for 1 to 2 hours which helps to avoid cold joints in concrete.

It reduces segregation in the concrete.

It improves finished appearance of the concrete by minimizing the honeycombed surface.

Non -air entartaining.

Nontoxic

It does not contain chlorides or Niterates.

It does not corrode the reinforcement.

END USES

Precast concrete

prestressed concrete.

Ready mix concrete, closely spaced areas, large bay areas, floor slabs, roof decks & other structures etc.

Mainly used in situation where slump retention property is required. Retains slump up to 2 hours. Workability retention and retardation up to few hours are obtained.

DIRECTION FOR USE:

DOSAGE

Dose of 0.20 to 1.00 ltrs. per 50 kg of cement is usually sufficient to produce self compacting and flowing concrete. Optimum dose is best determined by trial concrete mixes, otherwise normal dose of 500 ml. per 50 kgs. of cement is recommended. Add HYDRAPROOF - SPL to the mixing (guaging) water. Stir the material well before use.

CLEANING OF TOOLS & EQUIPMENTS

Tools and equipments can be cleaned with water.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Store the material at a cool dry place (at 25 °C Tem.)

PACKING:

10, 20, 35 litrs.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not mix it with dry cement.

Add to mixing (guaging) water.

Stir well before use.
